1. Warranty : - 2 years warranty on Camera's & 2  years warranty on DVR/NVR and 6 months on Power supply/POE.  

2. Order once placed can not be cancelled nor the advance amount refunded.  

3. Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC):-  

2 free service will be provided after 400 Rs. amount will be charged as Comprehensive AMC without parts or product Price amount will be charged as Comprehensive AMC ( with part repair or Replacement & labour).  

4. Kindly Note:- As per our strict Policies and norms of the Company we do not use Assembled Cameras.In order to give best and satisfactory  output and performances with longlife of system we use only branded products of our own or our alliance partners. We carry finished sealed cameras of all types i.e. Dome cameras/Box Cameras/I.R 

5.Liquid Damage/Physical Damage/Burnt/Broken will Not Be cover under warranty. 

6.Wire/Cable will not be covered Under warranty..
